Josef joined Lightbox in July 2023 where he helped develop The Gunpowder Siege for Sky.
Prior to that he was a Development Executive at David Beckham’s production company Studio 99 where he developed and produced the Emmy award winning series Beckham for Netflix as well as the award winning series Fever Pitch: Rise of the Premier League for Paramount+, Ronnie O’Sullivan The Edge of Everything for Amazon, David Beckham: Save our Squad for Disney+ and the upcoming untitled Adidas / Puma documentary series, also for Disney+
Before that, Josef worked across development and production at On the Corner Films, working on projects such as 1971: The Year that Music Changed Everything for AppleTV and the feature documentary Diego Maradona.
Gabby is Vice President and Head of Development in the London office. She joined the Lightbox team in 2021 and developed the upcoming Netflix series Millennium Dome Heist, which is being Executive Produced by Guy Ritchie. Before Lightbox, Gabby spent three years in the BBC’s in-house TV Current Affairs department, developing series and singles such as the Grierson-nominated Climate Change: Ade on the Frontline, Return of the Taliban and The Unbelievable Story of Carl Beech. Prior to the BBC, Gabby spent three years at Pulse Films, working in both the unscripted development team and on productions, as well as freelancing as a factual drama consultant.
